On January 14, 2016, the Board of Massage Therapists adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 79 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with continuing education.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on April 28, 2016, and will go into effect on May 28, 2016. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 218, July 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
