This project will partially demolish a portion of the pedestrian walkway to be rebuilt as a heated
enclosed space. Existing primary structural components to remain unaffected by new work.
Demolition work includes removal of existing concrete pad and deck, roof system and chain link fence.  Steel preparation for painting at steel structure to remain, refer to bid documents for a more complete description of the work located at:
