2016-0200-3406 Debt Collection Services

The Department of Administration, Division of General Services is soliciting proposals from Offerors for a master vendor collection platform suitable of handling the collection of all debt types provided by the State of Alaska executive branches and other governmental entities set out in the Request For Proposal (RFP) that includes, but is not limited to, the Alaska Legislative Branch, the Alaska Court System, the University of Alaska, Boards and Commissions, and all State of Alaska political subdivisions - cities, boroughs and school districts.

RFP has been posted in IRIS Vendor Self Service website (link: https://iris-vss.alaska.gov/webapp/PRDVSS1X1/AltSelfService). Also, a copy of the RFP document is being attached to this posting for your convenience. 

NEW PROPOSAL DEADLINE:  Responses must be received no later than 4:30 P.M. (Alaska Time), on Friday May 20, 2016.

POINT OF CONTACT:  All questions concerning the RFP must be directed to the Contracting Officer, Emmanuel Feliciano, via email at emmanuel.feliciano@alaska.gov.

AMENDMENT ONE: This amendment is being issued to answer questions received and to modify a section of the RFP.

AMENDMENT TWO: This amendment is being issued to provide answers to questions received during the Pre-Proposal meeting, and also to provide answers to questions received after the meeting.

AMENDMENT THREE: This amendment is being issued to extend the Proposals' due date and answer questions received.

AMENDMENT FOUR: This amendment is being issued to extend the Proposals' due date, modify RFP sections and its attachments, and answer questions received as it pertains to the RFP.

AMENDMENT FIVE: This amendment is being issued to answer questions received as it pertains to the RFP.
