The University of Alaska Anchorage  is soliciting proposals for a single Offeror to develop a Policy and Procedure manual for UAA Facilities Planning and Construction.  Estimated budget is between $100,000 and $250,000.

The UAA Policies and ProceduresGuidelines that will be developed under this request for proposal are intendedto provide guidance, in conjunction with established policies and procedures,to Facilities Planning and Construction personnel ensuring the successfuldelivery of projects for the creation, renovation, renewal, remodeling andadaptation of buildings, outdoor spaces, other support spaces, and supportinginfrastructure.  Currently, there is no documentationavailable to provide facilities staff including the Associate Vice Chancellorfor Facilities and Campus Services, Director of Facilities Planning andConstruction, Project Managers, Contract Managers, Construction ContractingOfficer, Fiscal Manager, Facilities Planner and others the guidance necessaryto do their job effectively and efficiently. The objective is to developpolicies and procedures in accordance with industry best practices, and provideguidance on how best to institute the policies and procedures departmentally.

There will be NO Pre-Proposal Conference for this RFP.
