A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period of performance is three years, approximately March 2016 through June 30, 2019, with renewal options, three additional one year extensions, and an additional year to complete prior authorized services.  Cost of these services is expected to be in the range of $1,000,000 or greater.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than 3 pm, February 16, 2016, prevailing time.
