The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 1B, Block 2, consisting of approximately 21,600 square feet (ADA-72354), at Healy River Airport for eighteen (18) months, to expire September 14, 2017.  Applicant:  Fly Denali, Inc.  Authorized uses:  aviation – air taxi operations and vehicle parking.   Annual rent:  $1,771.20.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., February 16, 2016, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Becky L.
