The project includes both interior work and exterior work. Interior work includes a new staff circulation desk and book accountability system, partitions, modifications to mechanical and electrical systems, and modification to the existing exit. Rework of the existing exit includes the construction of an arctic entry inside the existing building footprint and an exterior awning to shield the entrance. Exterior modifications include rework of the existing walkways, site lighting, bike parking, landscaping, and ADA accessibility.
