The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08016 (Lot 3B, Block 300), consisting of approximately 14,990 square feet, at the Seldovia Airport for an additional 5 years.  Applicant:  Homer Air, Inc.  Annual rent:  $824.45.  Authorized uses:  Aviation – Continued operation and maintenance of a passenger terminal facility; loading, unloading, and handling of air cargo and passengers, aircraft parking; employee and customer vehicle parking, all in support of Lessee’s FAR Part 135 operation.
