On May 7, 2015, the Board of Registration for Architects, Engineers, and Land Surveyors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 36 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with reexamination, board bylaws, and the definition of engineering surveys.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on September 4, 2015, and will go into effect on October 4, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 216, January 2016 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
