The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Parcel C, consisting of approximately 72,057 square feet, ADA-09055 at the Girdwood Airport for 6 years.  Applicant:  Donald Mark Ryan.  Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Construction of a permanent building to be used to store, inspect and repair gliders, and provide office space. Outside will include a layout area for ground handling practice and inspection of paragliders. Annual rent: $4,539.59.
