On June 19, 2015, the Board of Professional Counselors adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 62 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with approved degrees, licensure by credentials, continuing education requirements, and code of ethics.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on August 21, 2015, and will go into effect on September 20, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 215, October 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
