The Work consists of constructing the Pavilion and Miscellaneous Site Improvements to the Student Housing Complex site, south of E. Poppy Lane and west of College Road, located on the Kenai Peninsula College, Soldotna, Alaska. The Pavilion and Miscellaneous Site Improvements project consists of; site drainage improvements, construction of new walkways, and pavilion structure with enclosed storage. All Civil, Landscape, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical work required to construct the Pavilion and Miscellaneous Site Improvements for the University of Alaska is included.
