The work consists of remodeling the main lobby and related first floor public areas of the UAA residential housing buildings North, East, and West Halls. Work includes but is not limited to: new kitchenettes, millwork, flooring, lighting, and finishes; electrical, mechanical, and plumbing changes, while the building is occupied.
