On May 28, 2015, the Board of Marine Pilots adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 56 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with pilot stations and pickup points.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 19, 2015, and will go into effect on August 18, 2015. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 215, October 2015 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
