NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Energy Efficiency Program Evaluation and Financing Needs Assessment RFP #: 16021
The contract resulting from this RFP is intended to provide research, analysis and recommendations that will help AEA better understand the availability, current need for, and potential improvements to public and private EE project implementation mechanisms, including funding and financing opportunities, capable of lowering individual and community energy costs in the AkAES study area. The sectors addressed by this study will include residential, private commercial, public commercial, and public facilities, including water and wastewater systems.
A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately August 2015 to May 2016. Cost of these services is expected to be in the range of $100,000-$150,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms. Submittals must be received no later than 3 pm, August 7, 2015, prevailing time.
