SOQ Due Date /Time: Tuesday, June 30, 2015, at 3:00PM

Description: The Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water (VSW) Program has released Amendment One for SOQ #VSW-VAR-2015-19, Engineering Assessment, Statewide Unserved Communities, effective Monday, June 22, 2015.  This Amendment provides clarification responses to questions from potential offering companies.

VSW is requesting SOQs from qualified firms to perform a statewide engineering assessment of Alaskan communities that are unserved by water and wastewater systems.  There are thirty-six (36) communities in this category. 

This solicitation will be a two-step procurement process.  The SOQs will be evaluated by a committee of VSW PEs with the top three ranking companies (the short-list) advancing to the RFP phase.  The short-listed companies will then provide written proposals in response to the RFP for the award of the professional services contract.  Formal presentations of proposals will not be required for this contract.
