The Alaska Department of Health & Social Services, Division of Behavioral Health (DBH) seeks to establish a contract for a mobile application to use on all Alaska smart phones for access to the Alaska Careline Crisis Intervention services.

Deadline for receipt of proposals: May 29, 2015 @ 4:00 pm, Alaska Prevailing Time. Faxed or oral proposals are not acceptable. An offeror’s failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
