On behalf of the City of Hooper Bay Water and Sewer Project, the State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water (VSW) Program has released Invitation to Bid (ITB) #VSW-HPB-2015-20 effective Wednesday, May 13, 2015. This ITB solicits for sealed bids to supply approximately 18,000 LF of bare HDPE SDR 11 pipe in 6”, 2”, and 1” inch IPS sizes, and accessories. The ITB provides for pricing at two FOB points (Seattle, WA and Seward, AK).
This ITB is managed by CE2 Engineers, Inc. under specific contractual authority from the City of Hooper Bay and the Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation – Village Safe Water Program. Mr. Paul Kron of CE2 Engineers Inc., is the Procurement Officer with contact information listed below.
Sealed bids will be received until 1:00pm Alaska DST, Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in the office of CE2 Engineers Inc., 8221 Diamond Hook Drive, Anchorage, AK 99507 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified date/time will not be considered.
