On behalf of the City of Chefornak Water and Sewer Project, the State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation, Village Safe Water Program has released Invitation to Bid (ITB) #VSW-CYF-2015-18 with supporting attachments effective Monday, May 10, 2015. This ITB solicits competitive sealed bids for the provision of a geomembrane liner, geotextile padding, geotextile burrito wrapping and associated materials/supplies for the Chefornak Water and Sewer Project.
Sealed bids will be received until 3:00pm Alaska DST, Tuesday, May 26, 2015 in the office of Village Safe Water, 555 Cordova Street - Fourth Floor, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified date/time will not be considered.
Scope of work will include furnishing all materials, supplies, and freight for a local force account construction crew in Chefornak, Alaska to install the geomembrane inner liner, geotextile cushion for geomembrane liner, geotextile burrito wrapped berms, capped with organic layered lagoon berms. The total price shall be quoted FOB Seattle with a required delivery date of June 8, 2015.
