The Department of Health and Social Services, Office of Children’s Services is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to serve as a Coordinator/Planner for the Citizens’ Review Panel.

Deadline for receipt of proposals: May 22, 2015 @ 4:00 pm, Alaska Prevailing Time. Faxed or oral proposals are not acceptable. An offeror’s failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
