The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 1A, Block 200, consisting of approximately 14,170.10 square feet (ADA-09061 successive lease to ADA-08633), at Seward Airport for 9 years, to expire February 28, 2023.  Applicant:  Scenic Mountain Air, Inc.  Authorized uses:  Aviation – Continued operation & maintenance of an aviation office facility in support of the Lessee’s commercial aviation operations; storage of fuel for Lessee’s use only; aircraft and vehicle parking.  Annual rent:  $1,200.
