CONTRACTINTENT: ThisInvitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in a mandatory use contract for thepurchase of Hot Mix for various locations located in the Central Region, to bepicked-up by State trucks at the contractor’s plant on an As-Needed basis forthe Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities.
