Emissions: The potential annual emissions of regulated air pollutants at the source will not exceed: 4 tons of PM, 402 tons of NOx, 34 tons of SO2, 15 tons of CO, and 412 tons of VOCs. The total emissions of regulated airpollutants is 863 tons per year.
ADEC Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEC drafted a preliminary permit decision for the PS-9.

Opportunity for Public Participation: Notice is also given that any interested person may present written statements relevant to the draft documents by the close of the public comment period. Written comments will be included in the record if received by close of the comment period. ADEC will consider all comments received and make any changes ADEC finds beneficial or necessary to assure compliance with 18 AAC 50 or State Law. Any person may request a public hearing and that hearing will be held if ADEC finds that good cause exists.
