This will allow time for applicants to contact grant administrator for help with any technical issues or questions regarding this RFP. The Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services, Facilities Section is seeking proposals from eligible applicants for the Home Modification and Upgrades to Retain Housing Capital Grant Program. This is a statewide Request for Proposal (RFP). 

The program provides resources to eligible service providers for individual modifications projects which increase mobility and accessibility in the home environment for Trust beneficiaries and special needs populations. Please see RFP for details.
