Amended ITB # 2015-0600-2889 Term Contract to Provide Janitorial Services for the Fairbank's Juvenile Justice Youth Facility

****Amendment # 1, issued on December 9, 2014 serves to answer questions received from interested parties.  Note that the original ITB was deleted and replaced with an identical document, to hopefully alleviate problems downloading.  ****

The Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Juvenile Justice is inviting bidders to submit sealed bids for a term contract to provide janitorial services for the Fairbanks Juvenile Justice Youth Facility located in Fairbanks, Alaska. 

Sealed bids must be submitted to the Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services - Procurement Section from which they were issued and must be time and date stamped by the procurement office prior to 2:30 PM on December 23, 2014, at which time they will be publicly opened.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  If you received this solicitation from the State's "On-line Public Notice" web site, you must register with the Procurement Specialist listed on this document to receive subsequent amendments.  Failure to contact the Procurement Specialist may result in the rejection of your offer.
