Application: As required by 18 AAC 50, BPExploration (Alaska), Inc. (BPXA) applied for an operating permit significantmodification for PBOC/MCC. BPXA submitted the application on March 12, 2013 andan amended application on September 3, 2013. This public notice is for the draftsignificant modification only. BPXA is requesting that applicable 40 C.F.R. 63Subpart CCCCCC requirements be added to the permit and requesting that certainengines be reclassified as non-emergency under 40 C.F.R. 63 Subpart ZZZZ.
Emissions: The potential annual emissions of regulated aircontaminants at the facility are not affected by the significant modification,but are slightly modified due to calculation corrections.
Department Preliminary Review: Based on review of the application, ADEChas drafted a preliminary permit decision for PBOC/MCC.
