Amended Request for Proposal - Mental Health Essential Program Equipment

The Department of Health and Social Services, Finance and Management Services, Facilities Section is seeking proposals from eligible applicants for the Mental Health Essential Program Equipment Capital Grant Program.   This is a statewide competitive Request for Proposal (RFP).

The focus of this RFP is to provide eligible organizations serving Alaska Mental Health Trust (Trust) beneficiaries with capital funds to make one-time equipment purchases which will directly improve the quality of their programs, services and activities.  Please read complete RFP for details.
