The Alaska Department of Health & Social Services (DHSS), Division of Public Health seeks to establish a contract for qualitative research to improve communications between the Section of Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion (CDPHP) and private health care providers, as well as between providers and their patients, regarding the health benefits of routine preventive screenings.
Issue Date: October 15, 2014
Deadline for receipt of proposals: October 27, 2014 @ 4:00 pm, Alaska Prevailing Time. Faxed or oral proposals are not acceptable. An offeror’s failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
