The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the use of Parcel C, consisting of approximately 28,900 square feet, at Willow Airport under Permit ADA-08665 for an additional 5 years, to expire July 6, 2019.  Applicant:  Alaskan Dream Espresso, LLC.  Annual rent:  $1,156.00.  Authorized uses:  non-aviation – Continued use of a temporary 12’ x 24’ mobile building for use as an espresso stand for retail sale of hot and cold drinks, hot dogs, pre-packaged foods. Continued use of a 9’ x 10’ temporary building to be used as storage of coffee supplies, and vehicle parking.
