Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0002315/63372, FMATS Area Surface Upgrades FFY2014, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, September 16, 2014, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of resurfacing and upgrades to various roads throughout the FMATS area.

Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000.

The project completion date is October 31, 2015.
