The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Parcel ZZ-2, consisting of approximately 217,800 square feet (approximately 5 acres) under Lease ADA-72228 at Galena Airport for 25 years, to expire September 1, 2039.  Applicant:   City of Galena  Authorized uses:  non-aviation – Community Ballfield and Community Garden.  Annual rent:  $0 (rent-free waiver).
