The Alaska Department of Health & Social Services (DHSS), Division of Public Health seeks to establish a contract for medical transcription to transcribe medical history, physical exams, and plans of care for the Metabolic Clinic and narratives for the multidisciplinary evaluation for the Cleft Lip and Palate Clinics.

Issue Date: July 24, 2014

Deadline for receipt of proposals: August 4, 2014 @ 4:00 pm, Alaska Prevailing Time.   Faxed or oral proposals are not acceptable. An offeror’s failure to submit a proposal prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
