On August 22, 2013, the Board of Pharmacy adopted regulation changes in Title 12, Chapter 52 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with reinstatement of a pharmacist license, and the definition of dispenser.
The regulation changes were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Lieutenant Governor on July 2, 2014, and will go into effect on August 1, 2014. See attached copy of the filed version of the regulations.
The new regulation changes will be printed in Register 211, October 2014 of the Alaska Administrative Code.
