The Alaska Department of
Health & Social Services (DHSS), Division of Public Health seeks to
establish a contract to provide consultation to State DHSS Trauma Program Staff
on technical issues regarding trauma database management and care. The consultant
will act as the SAS Project– Injury Surveillance consultant for the Alaska
Trauma Registry (ATR).
Issue Date: July 9, 2014
Deadline for receipt of
proposals is July 22, 2014 @ 4:00 pm, Alaska Prevailing Time. Faxed
or oral proposals are not acceptable. An offeror’s failure to submit a proposal
prior to the deadline will cause the proposal to be disqualified. Late
proposals or amendments will not be opened or accepted for evaluation.
