INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for Knik Arm Crossing Structure Removal, Project Number HPRL-0001(431)/53735, will be received until 2:00 p.m., September 5, 2014 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This federally funded contract includes demolition and removal of all improvements, structures and obstructions at 801 Erickson, 828 Erickson, and 441 Harvard, in Anchorage, Alaska as specified and as shown on the project drawings.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.  The Project completion date will be June 15, 2015.  The DBE goal for this project is 0%.

There is a site visit scheduled for July 15, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.  at 801 Erickson Street.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend this site visit. For further information and directions contact Eric Hershey at (907) 269-5572. Section 102-1.04.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $50.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
