INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for South Denali Ranger Contact Station and Maintenance Shop, Project Number 80064, will be received until 2:00 p.m., August 6, 2014 in the main conference room at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.

This State funded project will construct a new, fully functional approximate 3,888 square foot Ranger Contact Station and Maintenance Shop, including the building and foundation, well, septic systems, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and other related work as described in the plans and specifications. The work in the basic bid specifically excludes the Additive Alternates. Additive Alternate I is comprised of all work required to construct the RV Campsite electrical distribution system described on Sheets E1.2 and E1.3 and associated details on other sheets. Additive Alternate II is comprised of all work required for revegetation and landscaping as described on Sheet L1.1.

The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project substantial completion date will be October 31, 2015.

You may not change or alter the downloaded bidding forms in any way.  Electronic bids will not be accepted.

Bidding documents may also be purchased for $100.00 per set, payable to the State of Alaska, from the Central Region Plans Room, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska before 4:30 p.m. (907) 269-0408.
