The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 2C, Block 300, consisting of approximately 18,750 square feet (ADA-09014), at Seldovia Airport for 25 years, to expire August 14, 2039.  Applicant:  Zane Henning.  Authorized uses:  Aviation – Construction and maintenance of a hangar for private and company owned fixed wing aircraft, and to support air logistics for commercial business; rent space for other aircraft storage.  Annual rent:  $1031.25.
