The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-08211 (Lot 2A, Block 1700), consisting of approximately 41,250 square feet at Kodiak Airport for an additional 5 years, to expire August 31, 2019.  Applicant:  State of Alaska, Department of Public Safety, Fish and Wildlife Protection.  Annual rent:  $5,073.75.  Authorized uses:  Aviation – Maintenance and operation of a building to store Lessee’s owned and controlled aircraft for law enforcement of Fish and Game activities, aircraft tie downs, fuel storage and dispensing, and vehicle parking, all for Lessee’s private use only.
