The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to lease Lot 3, Block 1, consisting of approximately 17,134 square feet (ADA-72237), at McCarthy Airport for 11 years, to expire August 1, 2025.  Applicant:  Glacier Airservice, LLC.  Authorized uses:  aviation – Construction and maintenance of an office/storage building; aircraft parking and tie-down; and vehicle parking in support of Lessee’s air taxi operation.  Annual rent:  $942.37.

Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., July 24, 2014, after which the Department will determine whether or not to execute the lease.  The Department’s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.  Information is available from Diana M.
