The Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Spill Prevention and Response is soliciting proposals for professional engineering consultation services for marine vessels & infrastructure related to offshore oil platforms. Services procured under this contract will be in accordance with technical requirements within the Oil and Other Hazardous Substances Pollution Control regulations (18 AAC 75). The State intends to award one contract from this Request for Proposal (RFP).
