NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE
COMPETING APPLICATIONS UNDER AS 38.35.090

The Commissioner of the Department of Natural Resources, pursuant to Alaska Statute (AS) 38.05.090, hereby gives notice that the time to file a competing application for a North Slope gas pipeline or facility project under AS 38.35.090 has been extended to May 30, 2014.
On January 10, 2014, Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) submitted a request to amend the right-of-way lease for the Alaska Stand Alone Gas Pipeline/ASAP, ADL 418997. The amendment included lands on the North Slope for facilities associated with the project, including a 100 acre pad for a Gas Conditioning Facility, roads, and minor alignment changes.
In accordance with AS 38.35.090, the Commissioner may extend the time period within which a carrier may submit an application for consideration upon a comparative basis with a previously filed application.
The public may obtain copies of the above-mentioned AGDC amendment application, at cost, from the State Pipeline Coordinator’s Office (SPCO). The application and project description are also available for download at the SPCO website: http://dnr.alaska.gov/commis/pco.
Any competing applications must be submitted in writing to the address below by 5:00 p.m. on May 30, 2014.
